VIEW EXHIBITION

CANDICE MADEY is pleased to inaugurate its Front Room series with new work by Athanasios Argianas and Luis Camnitzer. The Front Room presents a focused view of an artist or a conversation between artists.

Argianas and Camnitzer explore a shared sense of promise and playfulness in their work, creating social critique through encounters with unexpected or absurdist situations. The artists are friends and recently collaborated on an exhibition of Camnitzer’s work, The Disappearance Of Knowledge, in Argianas and Rowena Hughes’s Athens-based project space Daedalus Street.
